1.Wooden case goods furniture
    1）Avoid directly exposure under sunshine ,incase any bend,crack and accelerate  lacquer’s aging and fading.
    2）Avoid displace in humidity place, in case affected with damp, lead tomouldy , expansion and damaged by worms
    3）.Use soft cotton fabric to clean furniture, fabric should be neither too dry nor too wet, or else lead to damage surface lacquer and affected by damp.
    4）Pay attention to vertical and stable when place furniture, to avoid any unusual damage ,like cabinet door and drawer’s open function ineffective,or easily out of shape.
2、Metal furniture
   1）should placed at cool and dry place, to avoid any rust by damp.
   2）Avoid soot and corrosive items, to avoid corrosion and rust.
   3）Do not use wet towel to clean surface of metal furniture.
3、Upholstery  seatings.
      1）Avoid directly exposure under sunshine , avoid high temperature heat source,in case of leather or PU damage.
      2）Do not use shape objects or blade to scratch surface of upholstery seatings, in cases of any damage of surface material.
      3）Do not spoil any oily stuff on upholstery seatings, because they will corrosion surface layer of PU or leather.
      4）Keep upholstery seating’s daily clean and tidy, once stained use soft cloth to  wipe the surface, do not wipe too hardly. If cannot clean by wipe, use suitable cleaning agent( 5% detergent) to clean,then use dry soft cloth to absorb surface. Please noted, Do not use alcohol or other clean agent to wipe upholstery seatings)    
      5）If there are color stain on surface, like ballpoint pen stain, use soft eraser to wipe several times, then use soft cotton cloth to wipe the remain mark should be ok.
      6）If stained by oil, put mild soap and water on stain position, then knead by hand softly should be ok.  
      7）For the fabric upholstery cushions which can get off from sofas and then clean it. For the parts which cannot get off, use detergent to make dry clean.
      8）Do not seat on armrest and back rest of sofa,  in case of damage the inside wooden frame.
4.Beddings.
      1）Do not sleep directly on the mattress,should add bed spread, in case of make mattress surface dirty, which is not easily clean.
      2）Avoid humidity ,to avoid inner material mildew.
      3）Do not jump on top of mattress, in case of damage inner springs.
      4）Change the mattress direction per half year, changed the up and down side per year, to keep the pressure and abrasion evenly, which will extend service time.
